Can I enter the weights of my ingredients in beer Smith 2 for mobile?

I want to keep track of my ingredients in beer Smith 2 mobile by adding the weights I have in Stock and when I make a recipe that it would subtract the amounts according to the amounts I used in my last brew batches. Is that possible and how? I can't find that...
