There will still be plenty of yeast in suspension for bottle carbing. Unless of course you cold crash for a few months.

Oh yeah, you'll be fine. Crash it for a couple of days, and when you rack you can always try to suck up a little extra yeast, though that would slightly defeat the purpose of the cold crash in the first place, but it has other uses like reducing chill haze.

just make sure when you are bottle conditioning you aren't cold crashing at the same time!

Also add a week or two more for carbonation. It'll happen, just take a little longer.

I've cold crashed with gelatin and bottled. Worked fine for me.
