Hi folks, I've done some looking around but i really can't find what i'm looking for. I have a STC-200 i was wondering what i can do with it so i can control a chest freezer for fermentation. I did wire it up before but that was 5 years ago! Can't remember what i done.

You should be able to use it to control temps in a fridge or freezer.
