Yeah, same if you ever get this side of the bridge. After a few batches, I’m sure some questions will come up. We just did a double IPA that came out really nice (against all odds). This weekend, I’m brewing a traditional Norwegian farmhouse and an imperial stout. I have one scheduled with some friends in October for an Asahi clone. Seems like the help I might need the most is drinking all these beers lol. What styles are you brewing currently?
