Calculating post fermentation yeast volume

Hi, I am using plastic inductor tanks as conical fermenters. I need to drill a hole for the racking port. I am assuming that different gravity beers will result in more or less yeast at the end of fermentation. Is there a way to calculate the volume of yeast that will be left over at the end of a fermentation or is it just way to variable?
