So I made the rookie mistake last night. I bottled my beer, then put it in the refrigerator last night. Just now realized I screwed up. Is there anyway to save my beer from carbonating?

Take it out of the fridge and let it sit out for a couple weeks or a month and it should be fine! No worries

Assuming you put priming sugar in, it'll probably be fine if you pull the bottles out and stick them in a warm room (70+). General consensus seems to be that you need to wait three weeks for carbonation to be done (I usually pop one open at week one and week two to check progress).

If you are trying to save them from carbonating you will have to uncap then and release the co2. You will then have to re-prime later.

But I suspect you were really asking about getting them cold too soon - which has been answered.
