I just wanted to inform y'all that I've been defrauded by www.homebrewerspride.com I have filed complaints with BBB and the FBI. They just started a new ad in BYO and I wanted to get the word out before y'all start ordering. The details are posted in threads at HBA brewboard and Northernbrewer.

Turns out Bosco sent out some "feeler" emails and the guy is answering them.

I'm about to turn loose the Pirate4x4 guys to give this homebrewerspride guy some Wenzel treatment!!!!!!!!!

I have been reading the thread you are refering to for over an hour now. That is just too F'ing funny. That thread has started getting NATIONAL recognition. I clicked to from a link off of MSNBC.com. That kid was a total jerk. I can't wait to see how it turned out. Did he ever end up getting a smack down? No wait to spoil the end for me

Seeing how it got resolved, it could be an honest mistake. Far too many people start up internet businesses through companies selling 'quick solutions' that they don't really understand.

It never should have come to that. I won't be ordering anything from that business until I see some more "healthy" transactions.
I'm sure the guy had a phone number for Bosco. If oyu are conducting all of your business over the internet and oyur internet is shaky, wake up and smell the coffee. Your business is doomed for customer service if you don't have a backup plan.

True but it seems like "Bosco" jumped the gun a little in registering at random home brewing boards just to slander the guy. Filed complaints with the FBI? Come on. Wasen't he out $40 or so?
