Got in accident after making wort can I add campden to buy a day or two
I did this exactly kent lol just read this thank you all I couldn't pitch because my boss had to leave so I didn't have the hops in yet I loaded 5 gallon bucket under .y dash and left work then a man failed to yield and hit me I was going 55 amazingly the wort for brown but ale survived along with me and kept my legs from getting crushed changing the name to Angel's hold on to your nuts ale anyway got home and walked my daughter through the hop process and is almost ready for secondary assuming I can find a way to bottle my wind without a corker or corks to empty my carboy lol thank you all for your input this is super helpful !You can keep it covered and re-boil for 15 minutes when you're ready to resume.
I hesitate to say you can use campden tablets. I've never heard of anyone adding it to wort before, so I don't know if there would be any undesirable side effects.

No secondary will save a lot of trouble especially since I'm in so much pain thank youSkip the secondary and give your wine more time in the carboy. Your beer doesn't need secondary and your wine may benefit from the extra time.
