Ingredients:
12lbs Goldenrod Honey
4lbs Clover Honey
4.5 Gallons Water
Wyeast Sweet Mead
5tsp Yeast energizer

At day 24 of primary fermentation the gravity was 1.052 and a few days later it was the same so im looking at about 12.5%ABV, yay hit my target. Goldenrod honey gives a nice buttery flavor, and the mead is incredibly sweet should mellow with age but amazing anyways, ladies like it also:ban: . Looking to rack after about 30 days in the primary to a secondary for the sole purpose or clarifying, may have to rack to a 5 gallon carboy so I have some to "taste".

Let me know what you think, and ill keep updates going.
