Busy brew day...

finally some time to relax after completing a bunch of brewing activities.
1. Brewed a Northern Brewer Extra Pale Ale
2. Tertiary'd my Peach wheat; a LOT of crud in the secondary from the peach puree.
3. Got a Cabernet Sauvignon wine batch started
4. bottled a 3-gal New Millenium sparkling wine

Yep, thats a busy day, are you going to freeze and degorge that Millennium. Mine came out pretty good, I would do it again with this kit, next time Id do a different kit wine. Heres mine and i did freeze and degorge it which was fun and a little wet!
