I've been looking at the bayou classic burners and have seen a lot of guys on here using th kab4. Was curious to see if anyone had feedback on the kab6 or their dual jet burner. I think the dual jet may be a little to focused on the heat and could lead to scorching.

Hello,

I have a kab4 and kab6. The kab6 I use for a 50 gallon brew rig an it works great for that.
I have the high pressure version and can dial it back down to a bare flame for smaller kettles / batches. Very quiet.

The kab4 is fine for 5 to 15 gallon batches.

No experience with the dual jet burner

The whole point is BTU output. Too much and you will burn your hard earned wort. Banjo burners work just fine and you will find that the output is more than you will ever use unless you have the ability to stir the whole time.
