I was searching various homebrew supply sites for burners and I'm a little confused by this one:
http://www.homebrewing.org/14-Propane-Burner--220000-BTU_p_1190.html#
220,000 BTUs??? is that even possible? It seems WAY high compared to other similar burners out there.
For example, the Blichmann floor burner is advertised at 72,000 BTUs, and in my experience the large 10" burners heat far faster than the small "turkey fryer" burner style casting on the burner linked above. Something is not adding up here. Anyone have any insight on this conundrum?
EDIT: Sorry for any confusion, but I am not directly comparing the Blichmann burner to the one linked, I am just using the Blichmann specs as a BTU comparison as the Blichmann burner is much much larger.
