Build from scratch.

I got my hands on a really cheap mini fridge, but its only big enough for one keg and that doesn't work for me. I don't want to waste it, and was thinking of just building a cabinet from scratch and moving the business parts onto said cabinet. Good thing I work in a cabinet shop.
Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing?
