Well at bottling time yesterday I found a Mosquito in my carboy. I'm pretty sure that he was there through the whole fermentation process. Beer sample tasted fine, but I'm wondering if this bug is going to put me at risk of getting sick? thanks for any info on the matter.

Probably a 99.9% chance the beer is just fine. I wouldn't worry, and if it tastes fine at this point then it's probably going to turn out just fine :mug:

The appropriate thing to do is bottle the little fella. :rockin:

Why?

Tequila has a worm...

There is very, very little chance that a single mosquito in your beer will be a problem. If she got in there before you chilled your wort, then you can take that chance down to statistical zero. Besides which, even if that little bugger did get you sick, you're far more likely to blame it on a mosquito that actually bit you than on the one that you drank.

West Nile Wheat! Woot!! :p
