Buffalo area brewers, brew school

I made the short ride to the Flying Bison brewery http://www.flyingbisonbrewing.com/FB_Brewery.html in Buffalo, NY Saturday to sample some of their beer and fill my growler. What I found was what they call "Flight School". The first Saturday of every month they brew an all grain batch in their R&D set up. Everyone is welcome to come and learn how to all grain brew. This is just what I've been looking for. January will be the second Saturday as the first Saturday is 1/1/11.
