My SWMBO is a Coors light drinker, or was, I should say. She refused to drink anything I made (I like IPAs and Imperial Stouts). So, in an attempt to convert her to real beer I made this recipe and she liked it. She liked it enough that she would rather have it than Coors. So, using this as a starting point I have now got her into a lot of different Craft Beers.
I don't have a pic, but it comes out really really light and crystal clear.
