I just bottled a batch of Oatmeal stout, and a few pours off of the bottling bucket produced a little bit of foam. I waited a few fills (ie: filled a few, then capped a few) for it to setlle, but didnt want to wait to long in fear of oxygen interfering. I capped on the beer with the foam ring in the neck of the bottle. Should I be worried about his? Is it a risk for oxidation?

Nope, most likely residual CO2 from fermentation. Or foam from StarSan. Normal.
