BS3.....add fermentable .....missing?

I’m creating a recipe on Beer Smith 3 and pale chocolate does not show up. Would it be under a different name? Thx.

Have you installed the fermentables add-ons? I have almost 30 chocolate malts installed and the only one in the 200-250°L range that would qualify as "pale chocolate" is the "Viking Chocolate Light Male". Then it's a jump to the Dingemann's at 340°L and the rest are upward from there...
