Brown ale with long pepper and black tea

I'm planning brewing a brown ale with the nuts flavour from the malts and by adding the black tea at the end of the boil. But I am not sure for the amount of tea to put in. For the pepper I think I would add some a the end of the boil but I will also "dry hop" with it but I am not sure for the amount of pepper. My goal it that it don't taste just
one ingredient but the mix of all of them
