I realized I had a lot of random ingredients lying around, so I decided to make a new beer with it! Here's the 1 gallon recipe:

HOME BREW RECIPE:
Title: Brown Honey

Batch Size: 1 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 2 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.025
Efficiency: 80% (brew house)

Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 1.009
ABV (standard): 5.44%
IBU (tinseth): 38.76
SRM (morey): 33.39

FERMENTABLES:
1 oz - American - Roasted Barley (3.6%)
3 oz - American - Chocolate (10.7%)
1.25 lb - American - Pale 2-Row (71.4%)
4 oz - Canadian - Honey Malt (14.3%)

HOPS:
0.2 oz - Cluster, Type: Pellet, AA: 6.5, Use: Boil for 30 min, IBU: 23.73
0.2 oz - Cluster, Type: Pellet, AA: 6.5, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 11.19
0.2 oz - Cluster, Type: Pellet, AA: 6.5, Use: Boil for 3 min, IBU: 3.84

MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Fly Sparge, Temp: 152 F, Time: 60 min, Amount: 2 gal

In terms of SRM, that's technically within guidelines for a brown but I think that much roasted malt, especially without any crystal balancing, is gonna give you something more like a dry stout in terms of the flavor. (Honey malt doesn't behave like crystal in my experience; it adds a distinct flavor and some sweetness but is rather more fermentable).
