I cobbled together a 2x6 inner collar, can't decide on the outer. It will look better when I do. I wanted to get my Belgian dubbel cooled down and in my glass for this weekend. I had it carbing at room temp for a few days at 30psi. Got the kezzer down to 42*F, purged the keg and set regulator to 11psi. keg cooled and I pulled the first 1/2 pint last night. All seems good.

I put the kezzer up on 5" legs, covered them with a skirt. I still have to paint both the collar and the skirt. Also, added a 32" flat screen. It is now mounted on the wall above the kezzer. We finished the Belgian Dubble. Now drinking a Stout that was supposed to taste like a chocolate egg cream, the yeast ate all the sugar, now it is an Imperial Stout, and not bad if I have to say myself.
