Curious if anyone has tried this stuff. If you see any of my posts then you know I have issues with getting diacetyl. I am thinking of giving this a shot, but no reviews that I can see.

I've used this ALDC enzyme in several brews, low cost and has worked well.
Search ALDC and you may well find that a less expensive alternative is available.
Interestingly in bulk 1000ml costs 176 dollars, homebrew quantities are very much marked up.
