Depends a lot on your stand and what you want to do. For the pump you will need a half inch ball valve of your choice and a male thread barb for the outflow side, for the inlet side you will need a female thread barb...this is the minimum, you can always do quick connects or incorporate a tee and another valve to make priming easier but it isn't totally necessary. There are tons of possibilities for the burners. My best suggestion is take ideas from other stands... hope this helps...wnc

ill be making a single tier, single pump batch sparging setup, i would prefer to have quick disconects, for the burners im gonna get the ones in my original posts, the banjo burners are very hard to find in canada. What kind of regulator would i need for the burners?

kegcowboy has a 2 or 3 burner kit that includes the regulator. You will still have to plumb your gas line, copper works well and you can get it cheap from sears.com ($4 for 10' of 1/4", UT04010). Camlocks are popular disconnects from proflow dynamics or bargain fittings. Others use tri-clover (jme sanitary) but it's a matter of preference. Assuming you want all stainless, you'll need a lot more little parts than you originally thought. Bargainfittings.com and brewhardware.com are good places and ship fast! There doesn't appear to be a consensus here on tubing supplier(s), i used NY brewing supply for my silicon tubing and stainless coil.

There are hundreds of posts here on the details and individual parts, do a search here and it'll save you lots of time.

That depends on if you decide to go with low or high pressure. It really makes no difference as long as you have appropriate regulators and plumbing. My impression is that low pressure is easier to automate, if you plan on doing that in the future. Quick disconnects are nice. I went with the stainless camlocks from bargain fittings. I think they are the most affordable option and I have been really happy with them

Not to sound like a broken record - but there is no such thing as low pressure in our world. It's all high pressure. Low pressure is <=1 psi.

Really think the plumbing through because you need very good control on the mash burner and decent control on the HLT/BK burners. Most people plumb the rail with Black Iron Pipe as it's made for this application and then off the rail the plumbing varies on setup. You need an adjustable regulator coming out of the propane tank - how adjustable depends on your setup but probably 0-30psi. Your MT burner you may choose to use another regulator for very fine control of the gas to the burner. Others use needle valves but regulators have much better control.

As for the QD's - consider the Colder HFC35 series polysulfone QD's. There is quite a variety of styles suitable for our application in this line including barbs, garden hose and NPT.

There are too many variables to tell you exactly what you need. It's dependent on your setup. But I recommend taking your time and planning it out because there's a lot more to it then just grabbing some pumps and burners.
