I have a 6 faucet keezer and I'm picking up 3 more Corny's this week giving me 9 total. I figure this will let me a have 1-2 ready when a keg kicks and allow me to have 1-2 filled with a brew that's best when aged a bit.

I've yet to brew any beers that require a big if aging so I wanted to get some opinions on some I should consider.

This would be for ale's that I can age at basement temps of ~65-68F

anything dark roasted high abv, lacto pedio brett beers. lambics. I once tried a pedio soured stout that aged on oak cubes for 18 months. It was interesting and an expensive brew once you considered time and extra equip/steps/ingredients.

Here are some good candidates...

Russian Imperial Stout (Imperial anything, actually)
Belgian Dubbel, Tripel, Quad
Wee Heavy
Barleywine

About to do this with my barleywine. aging it on bourbon oak chunks for a month in the primary and then putting it in the keg for a year of conditioning. Ask me in about 18 months how it turned out.
