Brews in 2008

I mis-voted (hanging chad). I said two but after further review I got zero in 08 so far. I kegged two beers this past weekend and coulda swore I brewed them in 08. Wow I got to get a grip on my priorities!

I bottled my 1/2 of our RIS the other night. Boy it tasted good!

I did one around christmas and it was awesome. Seems like everything I read said it would be difficult, but for my first all grain I think it was pretty easy. The only thing I did was make it a little too hoppy.
