So far it's chugging away in my closet at 73 degrees. I wish I had a bigger brewpot though. I ended up with about 4 or so gallons after evaporate loss. I would have collected more wort but on have a 5 gallon pot. I do have a couple of keggles but because of cold weather I don't think I could use that stove top.
I love Belgian ale so I was looking forward to brewing this.
