brewing in the frigid north...

well, ontario anyway. not that far north, but north enough.

decided to dust off my old brewing kit which had been sitting in my closet for about 5 or 6 years and give this another shot! i hope to keep doing this for some time and hopefully get to know some of you on this board, seems like a nice bunch i gotta say!

It is frigid in Michigan too. I brewed outside yesterday. It was brutal.

thanks, i think i might try a simple mead at first. then maybe a pale ale or an amber...
