Hello all,

My husband and I have been brewing since this summer. He is active duty Army so we have only had time to get 4 batches under our belts. They have been amazing ones. We currently have a Chimay clone in bottles and it is some gooood stuff. He is currently in the country but headed out soon. Gonna brew while he is deployed so we can have a nice selection waiting for him when he returns. loving this forum and all the great recipes, ideas and advice.

Welcome to the forum! I thank your husband for what he is doing for our country, and I thank you for the sacrifices that you have to do so he can serve. As a former DOD civilian I am always appreciative for those that serve. Good luck with your brews and if we can help just let us know.

Welcome to both of you!

I hope the promise of some of the great beer you'll be making will help the time go by quickly for the both of you until his return!

Keep us updated on the brews!

Welcome Kiowa glad to see another Active brewer on here. Oh and thank your hubby or at least the Kiowa for the HellFire a couple years ago that was a great night!

Thanks for the sixer of that Chimay clone you brought to the house. Make some more for the re-deploy. As a result I need to make this beer too, it was really spectacular.
