Hey:

I am learning the Art of Brewing from Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan.

I think I have made 7 brews this year. Also started my first Mead (Honeywine) this week.

I am an Extract and Partial Mash brewer. Will move to All Grain but want to build a solid foundation with the basics first.

Cheers!

Primary Ferm = Oktoberfest
Secondary Ferm = Kolsch (Will Bottle Tomorrow)

(Unrelated) Mesquite Dry Mead (HoneyWine)

Welcome from the neighborhood!
I"m in St Clair Shores. We've got a pretty good showing here on the Eastside. I've been all grain for about a year. After my second batch, if you want to be honest about it.

Welcome again! :mug:

I used to live in Grosse Pt Park, myself...

Do you ever drink @ Ye Olde Tap Room? Back in the day I made it through half of the 200 beer list (or whatever the number they had was)...I lucked out one night between Christmas and New Year, and some drunk rich guy next to me at the bar, was buying the $15.00 and $20.00 bottles of beer and insisting that my girlfriend and I taste them....

I wish I still had my beer list from there

Welcome from Dearborn! I've been to the tap room a couple times, GREAT PLACE! Try Oak Cafe down in Wyandotte.
