Hello,
I was an active homebrewer for about 10 years in southern California, but on our recent move to Modesto in northern California, I have not been able to brew for at least one year. I brought all of my equipment with me and I am now getting set up to start brewing again. I am an all-grain brewer and typically brew English bitters, Scotch ales, stouts, Schwarzbier lagers, Bohemian lagers, and northwest pale ales. I am a retired chemist.
