BrewHardware.com is giving away up to five beer recipe kits or gift certificates during the big game on Feb 9th. This works just like any other 100 box football pool except it's free to enter.
This is a limited entry giveaway so you must be a SUPPORTING Homebrewtalk.com user.
Entrants will pick exactly one box on the grid by posting in this thread which box you want via the coordinates such as "D5" to claim the box. As the thread fills up, it's important that you make sure no one else already picked the box you want because I will not be filling them in real time (I'll try to fill in boxes every day if possible, but the thread is the ultimate guide to box claims). If we find duplicates, the first user to claim it will get that box.
Each of the 10 columns shows the 5-Gallon batch recipe kit or GC you'd win if your box is picked in that column. The ones that have "AG or Extract" means you'll get a choice. If it doesn't say that, it's just an All Grain kit. ALL kits will come with the appropriate dry yeast and the shipping cost is also covered for the continental U.S. We'll ship it to Alaska or Hawaii, but you pay the shipping.
The entry deadline is Friday, Jan 31st at 11:59PM eastern. After that deadline, all the boxes will be filled in and the scores on the columns and rows will be randomized. The sheet will be posted. If your box matches the score at the conclusion of any quarter (1,2,3, and 4) you win the kit or GC. No one entrant will receive more than one prize. If the score does not change between quarters, that quarter is disregarded and skipped. Winners will be announced in the thread and contacted through private messaging to obtain shipping addresses.
OVERTIME BONUS! If the game goes into overtime, the winning box for the final score gets their box price PLUS an extra $25 gift certificate.
Terms and Conditions
Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping of your prize after the prize winners are announced. If the winner doesn't respond to their messages on HBT for 3 weeks after our last attempt to obtain shipping information, the prize is voided. If at all possible, prizes will be sent out sooner than that. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. RECIPE KIT boxes open to members in the USA, Canadians may choose gift certificate boxes only. Limit One (1) entry per household. Duplicate entries will are voided.
