Brewferm Flemish Brown kit tweaks

Hi folks!

Anyone tried to tweak Brewferm Flemish Brown kit (Brewferm beer kit Flemish Brown) in any way?

According to instructions, this kit makes only 12L (abt 3 gal) batch.
And I'd like to have something closer to 5 gallons/19L, cos my GF Conical fermenter has cooling sleeve at 15L-19L marks.

Maybe get another kit and double up on the water for a 24L batch (or a 19L and a 5L batch) or use 19L and brew a higher ABV batch. Good luck!
