Today I sampled the batch made back in September. It's too much on spices for my taste. Maybe a few more days in the fridge will improve it, but it's hard to say.

Spices tend to fade with time, but not that much and not in a few days, usually.

Unless you have spices in the sediment in the bottles, I don't think that the fridge will help.
