Brewery, Malting space

I wasn't sure where to list this. I have a beautiful old grain plant in Deerfield, Ma I'm developing into mixed use, including some prime space for a brewery, or Malter. High ceilings, massive I beams, docks, three phase power even a rail siding, hoping I might find an ambitious beer guy to connect with if anyone is looking to take the next step. Beautiful area, in my "yute" I spent a lot of time flyfishing out there.

I can't imagine it would ruffle any feathers with Management.

There are many regional West Coast breweries looking for expansion potential. I'd start fishing around and email likely prospects directly.
