I have a Brewers Hardware 1.5" tri-clover RIMS tube which includes 5 silicone gaskets, 5 tri clamps, 1 1/4" MPT x 1/1.5" tri fitting for a temp probe, 2 x 1/2" MPT x 1/1.5" tri fittings for your wort in and outs, and the Brewers Hardware proprietary element housing.

Also included is a brand new ULWD 1500w 120v water heater element. It is also pre-wired with a grounded 3 prong 120v cord.

Retails for $203 (www.brewershardware.com) without the water heater element or cord. $170 firm including s/h.

EDIT: I'm selling due to this was an impulse buy, and I am keeping to my current stove-top process for now.
