i brewed this late in the winter. i have had it sitting on the shelf in the brew room for over a month. i tried it the other day and loved it. i did something differently when i made it. i put the seasoning pack in when i did the steeping instead of in the last ten minutes of the boil. i really hink it turned out great and everybody who has tried it has loved it so far.

i've got two more of the same kits down stairs and i figure i'll make it the way they say to next time and see what happens. the only thing i will do differently than they say is to put the lme and dme in at flame out. i have been doing that with all my beers for a few years now and they turn out very light in color.
