Just purchased a Brewer's Best Weizenbier recipe, and WLP380, Hefeweizen IV yeast. Just trying to see if this combination would yield something close to, at least relatively, to something like Weihenstephaner or Paulaner. Weihenstephaner is my favorite German wheat. Also, would there be anything anyone could recommend to improve upon or augment this all-extract brew?

I just made the brewers best weizenbier. You did the right thing buying another yeast. My dry yeast from the kit was dead. I used WPL300, it was all my local shop had. It's in the fridge now...tasting will be at the end of the week.
