(I have 4 of them) Vern.
Boy you have some great looking rigs!
What kind of beers have you done with it? Have you found it lacking in ability or difficult in getting it dialed in?
If you have some time, can you take some close up pix of both rigs and details, and describe their operation? Some of the other members of HBT have done the same, and it has been very educational.
Thanks!
Jonathon is in Australia and built a cool brewing system. Dr Kharma is in Sweden, building a cool brew system.
I guess it can be said that foreigners have cool brew systems.
Nice job. Look forward to seeing some action shots of this bad boy.
What are the chances you could share some of your VB code with us and explain your whole setup on the first rig? I'd love to build something like it.
Hey Pez,
I would be more than happy to share some of the code, id prefer if people had specific areas in the code they are interested in as there is around 100 hours of coding and I'm not willing to give it all away .As for a explination ill work on that, too much going on in the shed at the moment.
Cheers
I so wish I could weld...
Hats off to those that say welding is easy, a process i've chased for years before becoming a certifited welder, you're a better welder than me. You have my full respect from me as it wasn't that easy over the past 40 years and many hours of welding.
Congrats are due, i'm a nobody welder compared to these new and up coming welders that say it is easy.
Sounds like your pride got a little hurt.![]()

What's hilarious is that in the USA, we can only brew 200 gallons per year per household under current law. Your stainless system will produce 50 gallons per batch... so such a sweet system would be usable only 4 times per year here!
Yo can brew as much as you want, but you'd have to give anything over 200G a year to someone else to pitch yeast into!
Is it per household, or per adult in said household?
