Hey, I'm new to the forum but certainly not too new to brewing. I've been cooking up partial mash and all grain batches for over 15 years now. I think I've tried about every style I could think up through the years (except lambac, if I wanted wine I'd make wine) but now I pretty much specialize in stout and IPA exclusively.
I'm currently on a quest to perfect (as much as one man can) an uber simple continuously hopped IPA. Think if Dogfish Head and Stone got drunk one night and hooked up. I really want to try one base grain, one carmel grain and one hop. I just don't exactly know how to make it work.
