Brewday software

I have some extra time this summer and was thinking about creating a brewing application. I was thinking this app would be used to keep track of a brew day. Some of the main features would include:

Ingredients list
Boil Timer
Hop addition reminders
Mash timer
mash temperatures
Import recipes from BeerSmith

Any other suggestion are welcome.
Also I am trying to decide if I should create as desktop, web, or blackberry application and which one would be most useful.
