I don't know anything about this application, but that sounds like an expensive solution to me.
The more remote your view of the BCS-460 is, the more possible time lag you have between something going wrong and your reaction to it becomes. I have my BCS wired directly to my network and the computer in the brewery is also wired. I do use a wireless connection so that I can see the BCS from my Nexus 7, but if something needs immediate attention I don't want to rely on wireless if I can avoid it. Same thing would apply to needing an external service for interconnection.
