What is the best water to brew with? A lot of people say natural spring water. Purified
or tap water too

If you're doing Partial Mash or All Grain, there are myriad answers to this, depending on what you're brewing and what outcome you want. The new book Water is shipping soon.

For extract, Reverse Osmosis or distilled water is best. The extract has all the necessary stuff in it already.
