If I boil a full pot of water for an hour.. I should be ok to start my brew, right? Or do I need to clean it after the boil of just WATER?
"If you have that grey or black oxidized layer now you are good to brew, you do not want to wash that off."
I just finished boiling water for an hour and allowing to cool before I checked my boil off and found my aluminum pot was nearly black. This is a good thing?
