We did a Coopers IPA--VERY EASY!, a Brewers Best American Cream Ale--I swapped the 1lb of corn sugar for another lb of DME--not that hard, and my wort chiller worked like a charm, Mead, and some semblence of Pruno. Funny, the pruno minus ketchup is bubbling away in the cellar and the two extract brews are still slowly ramping up the fermentation. Alot of fun!
