I recently ordered a bunch of seeds to start putting together an herb garden (probably a little late for that). I was hoping to grow stuff that would be interesting additions to some beers. Anyways, I ordered some Christmas basil because I thought the description sounded like it would contribute an interesting flavor or aroma. Has anyone used this in any thing brew related? Has anyone used this in anything who could possibly give a more detailed description? Most of the description I read said fruity, i even saw mulled wine as a description.
