Anyone else ever feel like the smell of the hops/mash/boil gets absorbed into your nose and all day long you taste/smell it?

Haha, I think this is my 6th all-grain, and I feel like every brewday, I end up smelling that boil all day long. It seems to linger on me I suppose.
By no means am I complaining:mug: just observing :)

My first two batches I did in my kitchen on my stove. I had the same effect on those brew days - I smelled it all day and our house stunk wonderfully like a brewery for about a week. My last one I did in the garage and didn't notice it.

I never have an issue in my dedicated brew room but that is probably because I have a huge custom made condensation hood venting outside. I am betting that if you place a fan blowing out a door or window, it will take care of the issue although the smell of hops and grain is a wonderful thing indeed.

My family thinks it stinks but I love the smell. It lingers for a while but eventually dissipates. Every couple weeks all I can think about is that sweet hoppy aroma and I know it's time to brew again!
