Brew chemisty 101

ive never heard of it but living in the U.K if it is an american book i don't think i would of

bought this book today and started reading it. I can say it has cought my attention.

Just got done reading the book. Not bad, but not in the same league a designing great beers. It go over a lot of the chemistry (in basic terms) as to what and why you in up with good brews or ones with of tastes. Has a good cuase and efect section in back to help you learn to troubleshoot the problems with your beer. I would say to brew a few time, then read this book. This will help you get the most out of it.
