I have a brew belt for sale for $15 shipped. For anyone unfamiliar, it is basically a heating belt that you slip over your carboy/fermentation bucket and it helps maintain fermentation temperature. I found it quite helpful when I would ferment in my basement. I eventually went to a more advanced setup using a PID controller and Solid State Relay to turn it on/off. (PID/SSR sold seperately?:D)

What's the maximum diameter? I ferment in 15 gallon barrels that are 14 1/4" in diameter. If it'll fit, I'll take it.

Um...yes it will fit but check this first. The heating element is about 31 inches long. at the end of one side is where the cord comes out and there is a hole on the other side that the cord is threaded through. This makes it adjustable and it will definitely fit around your barrels. Doing some simple math: circumference=Pi*diameter=44.75 inches. So it will only cover 3/4 of the circumference. I wouldn't think it would affect the heating as all of the heating surface is in contact with the barrel.

I hope that helps. Your call.

That should work, I'll take it. PM with PayPal info and I'll send funds early AM.
Cheers,
