SO I placed and order with these folks yesterday, and the shopping cart got stuck in this do-loop and never really completed the order. I got an email from their 3rd party vendor that the charge had gone through, and it has been placed as a "temporary hold"on my cc.
FIguring there was some difficulty with their server, I emailed the address on the website last night (forwarded the email from the 3rd party cc merchant( and explained the shopping cart snafu, asked if they received the order, etc. any questions please call.
No email response this am, so I decided to call. Both numbers get the tri-tone AT&T alert that this number is no longer in service, So I try it from the home phone and about every 3rd attempt it rings endlessly, but mostly says "this number is no longer in service"
Has anyone ever dealt with these folks? Anyone in Hillsboro that knows if they are still open etc? CC company tells me I have to wait 15 days before the "temporary hold" becomes invalid. It wasn't a huge amount (thankfully) but it's still money.
Any help, review, or info would be greatly appreciated.
