Hey guys,
I currently have 2 separate propane rigs but have recently been contacted by a local restaurant who would like to purchase a brewpub license and have me brew for them. The only space available is in the basement, which means I have to use electric.
We could easily run a 220 outlet down there, as well as various 110's, so my question is how large of a brew can be done with electric elements? I'm hoping at the very least, 10 gallon batches, possibly all the way up to 62 gallon or 2bbl batches.
I don't really know what to look for as far as elements go, can anyone point me in the right direction? In the meantime I'll be researching all the threads in this forum to try and figure something out.
